Bracken

Bracken the pony is 20 years old and is a piebald mare (black and white female pony).

She has been on loan to Whirlow since March 2006 and is one of the most popular animals at the farm! She is very beautiful and friendly and loves to be brushed by the children who come to visit us.

She works during the day giving pony rides to the children who come to stay here at the farm.

Her best friends are Pinto and Frankie the ponies and they all love to munch on the grass in their fields!

Bracken is very special because she has two different coloured eyes-one eye is blue and the other is brown!
