Dig Deep

Whirlow 10K Trail Challenge and the 19.5K/12.2 Mile Peak Trail.

A hard and fast race on beautiful trails! Great prizes, a free technical t shirt for every finisher and race proceeds go towards the Whirlow Hall Farm Trust. What more can you want!

This race isn’t for your average road runners out to get a PB! There are hills, awkward trails and possibly mud to encounter! In other words, a proper trail race!

Whirlow 10K Trail Challenge:

The route has been chosen for its stunning scenery and the varied nature of the route. It’s also chosen to be a ‘challenge’ so it’s certainly undulating, mostly uphill in various gradients for the first half and mainly downhill for the second, with a good last push uphill!

The race begins at 10:20am and costs £15 to take part. More details can be found at the Dig Deep website here:

Peak Trail 12.12K:

The route has been chosen because of its stunning scenery and the tough nature of the route. Whilst most of the route is on good tracks and Public Rights of Way it also crosses some tricky terrain where navigation skills may be needed.

The race begins at 10am and costs £20 to take part. More details can be found at the Dig Deep website here:
