Apply for to be a Stallholder at our Farm & Christmas Fayres

 

  • Farm Fayre on Sunday 10th September 2017 and our
  • Christmas Fayre on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th November 2017

Our popular Farm Fayres are well established events in the Sheffield calendar and attract families from across Sheffield, Derbyshire and South Yorkshire. In 2016 nearly 4 thousand visitors attended Christmas Fayre, with the event welcoming excellent feedback from stall-holders and the public alike.

 We are offering a discount of 10% if you book both Fayres.  If the form and the payment is received by the 26th May 2017 you receive a further 10% discount! This means you can pay as little as £31 per day!!

Please return the completed booking form & payment slip (which can be downloaded below) and payment to us by Friday 21st July 2017 or give us a call to pay over the phone. You can also pay via BAC’s please request details – stalls are allocated on a first come first serve basis – except where we have exceeded the allocation of one stall type.

Once your forms are received we will email over confirmation of your booking. Closer to the event a further email will be sent to confirm your plot location.

By returning the completed booking form and fee you are assumed to have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions, a copy of which can be downloaded below.  Please read these in particular regarding extra tables, rails and spinners etc. Please note that by returning your booking form and payments you are agreeing to attend BOTH days for the Christmas Fayre.
