We are open Wed-Sun and bank holidays, 10am to 5pm (open daily in the school holidays and during the week before Christmas)
Our farm shop may be small, but it’s full of delicious, fresh, local and quality produce. Come and see for yourself our range of seasonal fresh fruit and vegetables. As most of our produce is direct from the farm or local suppliers, it is really fresh and reflects what’s in season. We also sell our own free-range eggs, high-welfare pork, lamb and beef. For other items, we source the highest quality from as close as possible.
In the summer we have our delicious PYO strawberries, raspberries, gooseberries, and currants, and last year PYO veg was a real hit with everyone. Seasonal items include Christmas trees, turkeys and geese. We also sell home-made cakes, jams, chutneys and other deli items, plus gluten-free beer, flour, and seasonal treats. If there’s more we can help you with, all you have to do is ask!
All of our meat is raised on the farm. You can taste when meat has had a good life – our award-winning gammon, bacon, and sausage is produced from the best high-welfare pork. Our beef is superb with its lovely marbling and flavour that comes from open grazing and then being matured for 28-days. Our lamb is tender and mild, due to the 14-day maturing and the high standards we keep. Call ahead to reserve the exact cut you’re looking for. We can supply whole lambs, whole fillets, or special rolled and stuffed joints, if ordered. The only thing that doesn’t come from our farm is the chicken, supplied by Herb Fed. They are the tastiest birds because they have room to roam and eat a varied diet.
