Whirlow Week Chris Hale May 2017 1Pop-up Supper Club with Celebrity Chef – Chris Hale

Down in the Cruck Barn on the 20th May, we’ll be mucking in for Whirlow Week 2017 by holding a pop up supper club with Special Guest Chef: Chris Hale.

This will be one of three nights the 2016 Masterchef quarter finalist plans to hold here – this time the theme is all about pigs.

4 courses of delicious food, using high welfare meats raised here at Whirlow Hall Farm.

Menu:

Course 1: Ham Hock, pea and mint salad

Course 2: Yorkshire Surf ‘N’ Turf

Seared scallop, pig cheek, celeriac puree, pickled apple, scratchings, pork glaze and a black pudding crumb.

Course 3: Maple pork ribs, celeriac slaw, tomato chutney, toffee carrots & smoked cauliflower

Course 4: Bacon & Chocolate Tart
