It doesn’t matter how big or small your organisation is – there are lots of ways in which you can support Whirlow Hall Farm Trust and the children who visit us:
Our 480 club scheme – helping to finance visits to the farm for the most needy.
Charity of the year – choose to support Whirlow Hall Farm Trust by adopting us as your charity of the year. Gain positive PR opportunities, encourage staff team building, bringing them together for a united goal. We can provide you with excellent support, lots of fundraising tips and ideas as well as opportunities for staff to visit, meet the children they are helping and even work for a day on the farm! See some of the wonderful support we have had: here.
Sponsorship – maximize your company’s PR potential by sponsoring our events. We have a number of established and extremely popular events during the year which attract both lots of people and publicity. Packages for these are advertised here on our web site or please just contact the Events team: email@example.com
Payroll giving – this is one of the easiest, most tax efficient ways of making a regular donation to Whirlow Hall Farm Trust. Donations made through this scheme are taken from gross pay; this means that a donation will cost you up to 40 per cent less due to it being taken from salary before tax is deducted. Many companies now match staff donations to charity. This is an excellent way for companies to demonstrate their commitment to the community and build good relations with employees.
Networking Events - We regularly hold networking breakfasts at Sheffield Hallam University throughout the year, which are very well attended. These events are a great opportunity to network with some of Sheffield’s finest talent with a tasty, high-welfare Whirlow breakfast to set you up for the day ahead. All proceeds go straight back into the Trust to help continue our work.
