Masterchef Chris Hale joins us once again with his pop-up restaurant in the CruckBarn - this time the theme is all about lamb. Tickets are £28


Course 1:

Mutton Bresaola, wheatgrass, ricotta & artichoke

Course 2:

Salt baked hogget leg, salsa verde, roast beetroot, pickled tomatoes & watercress

Course 3:

New Season lamb with cauliflower, chocolate & raisin

Course 4:

Sheep milk mousse, meringue, rhubarb compote & pistachio crumb
