Family Christmas Experience update
With Sheffield holding a Tier 3 area level we are sad to have to say that we are unable to deliver the Family Christmas Experience event under the guidelines and legislation.
All customers who have purchased tickets have been contacted. Personal telephone calls have been made and for those customers who did not enter a valid telephone number at the time of booking 2 emails have been sent out over the last week to inform you of the situation.
If for some reason you have booked a ticket for this event and have NOT been contacted please can you call the fundraising events team on 0114 2352678 asap so we can discuss your options.
IF the decision on 16th is for Sheffield to enter Tier 2 restrictions this means that our event on 19th and 20th WILL GO AHEAD. Again all customers have been contacted to inform of this situation. If you have purchased tickets for either of these days we will confirm with you again on 16th what the updated situation is. Anyone who was still hoping to purchase a ticket for this event I'm afraid this is no longer possible.
We are devastated at the situation as this is the first fundraising event we have run in 2020 but are hoping to come back strong with a new event in February, guidelines permitting so watch this space!
