Do you have what it takes to be our next Head of Commercial Operations? We're looking for an energetic and experienced food-and-hospitality professional who can help us make the most of our fantastic new facilities.

We're sad to see our current Head of Commercial Operations go, but it's a fantastic opportunity for someone who's ready for a challenging new role with masses of potential. 

Our Commercial Operation is varied and exciting - a brand new cafe, refurbished farm shop, summer weddings and off-site catering - and we're looking for the right person to head things up and develop them further. 

If you're experienced, energetic and understand customer service then it could be you! 

You'll need to truly value our charitable work with youngsters, love locally produced food like the rest of us, and have a track record of helping drive business forward.  It's not for the faint-hearted, but opportunities like this don't come around very often - where others talk about provenance and field-to-fork, this role gives you the chance to really live it.

Salary dependent upon experience and track record - we know that the kind of person we need comes at a price!
