Visitors from many communities enjoy time at the farm

We are really looking forward to welcoming community groups to the farm this summer
In association with Maxwell and charity SEM (Sheffield Environmental Movement), we will be welcoming a range of community groups here – ROSHNI Women, ROSHNI Men, ASHIANA Women and SADACCA Women.
The groups' members are aged over 50+ and come from a diverse range of ethnic minority communities – South East Asia, African-Caribbean, Africa, Middle East, Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran, Palestine, North Africa and Somalia. They will learn all about the charity, growing food and healthy eating; with the aim that this will inspire them to grow things by themselves in their home gardens or at allotments.
