A selection of cuts from the old time favourite, Mutton
OUR MUTTON TASTER BOX IS A CELEBRATION OF THE GRASS FED SHEEP THAT GRAZE THE HILLS AT WHIRLOW. TYPICALLY SPEAKING MUTTON IS BETWEEN 3-5 YEARS OLD WHICH PROVIDES A RICH, TASTY MEAT THAT HOLDS ITS OWN AGAINST STRONG FLAVOURS SUCH AS INDIAN AND MOROCCAN.
MUTTON IS DRY AGED ON THE BONE FOR 2 WEEKS BEFORE WE CUT IT UP.
